What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), type of dispute, and the message you send. We do not ask for sensitive data through the form — please do not include such information in the free-text message.
Purpose of processing
We use this data solely to reply to your request, briefly assess your situation, and, if you wish, schedule a consultation. We do not use the data for marketing and never sell it to third parties.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR), given by ticking the box in the form, and on the legitimate interest of responding to a request you initiated.
How long we keep data
We keep received messages only as long as needed to reply and, if you become a client, for the duration and under the conditions required by the law governing the legal profession. Afterwards, data is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction, objection, and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can exercise them by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP — the Romanian Data Protection Authority.
