Make sure you are safe. Call the police if there are injuries, major damage, or disagreement; otherwise fill in the amicable report.

Photograph everything (positions, damage, documents) and note the other driver’s details and RCA policy.

Notify the insurer in time and open the claim file. For injuries, keep all medical documents.

Assess the real loss (estimate, expert report). If the insurer’s offer is too low or refused, we can contest it.

We choose the right path: administrative (town hall), notarial, or judicial — depending on agreement and whether there are minor children.

We prepare the documents: marriage certificate, IDs, children’s birth certificates, and any evidence.

We clarify related matters: custody, housing, child support, and the name after divorce.

We file the petition and go through the procedural steps; I represent you at hearings under a power of attorney.

We inventory the common assets and establish each party’s share.

We attempt voluntary division before a notary — the fastest and cheapest option, if there is agreement.

If there is no agreement, we file a judicial division action.
